In art therapy sessions, we will have the opportunity to create art and process verbally. I can provide suggestions for art-making based on what comes up for you, or you can follow what you are drawn to expressing. My approach is direct, providing loving truthfulness and remaining compassionately curious. I believe that approaching all parts of yourself with honesty, compassion, and curiosity is the best way to make lasting change. I will support you in expressing yourself authentically through words and art during our time together. Through this process, you will experience the joy of getting to know and loving yourself. Your confidence will grow as you develop your creativity and dive into art-making—I have witnessed that creating something from nothing, expressing internal experience through imagery, and mastery of materials increase confidence and self-esteem in my clients time and time again. You will find yourself bringing this confidence and authenticity to your relationships and environments. I look forward to beginning on this journey with you.

I will come to your setting to facilitate a healing art experience for a group of people. This can be a one-time experience or a series of workshops.
